Linen Reservations
It is always best to place your order early to ensure that we will be able to accommodate your needs. We recommend that when you secure your rental unit, you place your linen order.

Orders received and paid for by April 1st will receive a 10% discount. Use promo code Maritime at checkout.

Reserve your linens and towels using a secure online reservation and payment system or by calling 207- 899-3218.
​
There will be a $25 rush order processing fee collected for orders received within 1 week of your arrival date.
​
Same day orders can sometimes be accommodated by calling
207- 899-3218. A $25 processing fee will be applied for same day orders.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are based on a weekly rate.
Additional weeks are available with a 25% discount if you keep the same linens.

Contact us at 207-899-3218 for linen rentals that are less than 7 days (1 week) in length. Credit is not given for unused linens or early departure. (See the policy on cancellations).

Orders must be paid in full in advance to secure the reservation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Additions, subtractions, or substitution requested within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival are subject to a $10 processing fee.
​
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund.
​
Orders canceled within one week of the arrival date are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Delivery & Pick Up
Delivery will be made on the morning of your scheduled arrival date. Linen orders will be delivered to the front entrance, as seen by the roadway of the rental unit address submitted to us.

We strive to have every order 100% accurate. However, mistakes occasionally happen. To correct any errors or discuss any issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by phoning (207) 899-3218.

Linens will be collected the morning of your scheduled departure, or on the day fresh linens were ordered. All linens must be placed in the provided laundry bag and left outside the door by 10:00 a.m. in a location as seen from the roadway of the address provided to us.
Lost & Damaged Items
A fee will be applied for each lost or damaged item as described below.
NOTE: "Damaged" includes stains we are unable to remove.
