Placing Your Order
1 / Do orders need to be placed in advanced?
Yes. We recommend reserving linens at least 1 week prior to your arrival date to guarantee availability. Same-day orders can sometimes be accommodated and are subject to a $25 rush order fee. You can reserve linens and towels online using our secure online ordering system or by calling 207-899-3218.
2 / I'm staying 2 (or more weeks) will you deliver each week?
Yes. On Saturday put the used linens in the laundry bag provided. By 10:00 a.m. leave them outside your door for pick up. We will deliver fresh linens to you when we pick up the bag. If you choose to keep the same linens for multiple weeks, you will receive a 25% discount for each additional rental week. There is no charge for pick up or delivery.
3 / What if I need to cancel my order?
We understand that things happen and plans change. Orders cancelled up to 1 week in advance of your arrival date will receive a full refund. A $25 restocking fee will be applied for orders canceled within 7 days.

1 / When is payment required?
Payment is required at the time you place your linen rental order.
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express). You may pay by check or money order, but the order is not secured until payment is received and cleared our bank. If paying by check or money order, we still require a credit card number on file as a security measure in the event of lost or damaged linens.
2 / We are staying more than 1 week and my rental unit has a washer and dryer. Can I keep the linens and wash them myself?
Yes. There is a 25% discount from the regular weekly fee for each additional week the linens are rented.
3 / What if an item is lost or damaged?
You are responsible for lost or damaged items from your order. Lost or damaged items will be assessed and a fee will be applied as per the "Lost or Damaged Item" fee schedule.

1 / Do I need to wash my linens when I'm done?
No. Laundering is included in the weekly rental rate. All you need to do is place all linens and towels in the provided laundry bag and set the bag outside the front entrance of the rental unit by 10:00 a.m. We take care of the rest!
2 / Can Winding Brook Linen Rentals make the beds before our arrival?
No. We do not offer this service at this time. Your order will be placed in a sealed, waterproof bag and left just outside the door of the rental unit. On your day of departure, place the dirty linens in the bag and leave outside by 10:00 a.m.
3 / What can I expect for quality and cleanliness of the linens provided?
Winding Brook Linen Rentals has been in the cleaning and housekeeping business since the 1950s. Cleanliness and quality are of the utmost importance to us! We use 450-thread count, 100% cotton sheet sets and fluffy, soft, white towel sets. Our products are commercially laundered, sanitized and inspected to meet all health department standards.
4 / We will be sharing a house with other families. Can we rent our sheets separately?
